How to access documents on closed files

To access documents on a closed files:

Bring up the file on your dashboard, please ensure you check off the box to query closed files:

Note: This box must be UNCHECKED

Once the file is on your dashboard,  you can either click on the document icon, or RIGHT click and select TRUVIZ
