Some Folders in Oracle Docs not syncing to PC

When you notice a folder is not being copied or sync'd with your PC, please do the following:

  1. Go to Start --> Programs --> Oracle Content
  2. Select Oracle Content
  3. A window should pop on on the right side of your screen indicating that files are synced 
  4. Select the three dots in the upper right of the box and go to "Choose folders to sync"
  5. From that point select the folders you want synced to your desktop as follows:
At this point, you should find the folders you need to work with on your PC and can check the box if unchecked.
