When you notice a folder is not being copied or sync'd with your PC, please do the following:
- Go to Start --> Programs --> Oracle Content
- Select Oracle Content
- A window should pop on on the right side of your screen indicating that files are synced

- Select the three dots in the upper right of the box and go to "Choose folders to sync"
- From that point select the folders you want synced to your desktop as follows:

At this point, you should find the folders you need to work with on your PC and can check the box if unchecked.
