How to send an email billing packet

Using email packets will allow you to send invoices to clients/agents with it's backup all in one attachment.
Choose the invoice you want to send and select EMAIL


Select Printer (it will not print, this is used for the creation of the document you need)

You will then get the window below with the different billing packets. 
VERY IMPORTANT: Choose the billing packet based on the MODULE you did the billing from.
ie. You have an import ocean shipment but the invoice was done from the entry. 
You choose CHB packet because that is where you created the invoice from.



Once you select which packet you need, you then get the option to choose what documents you want to include:
Select your documents and choose SEND. 


Outlook will now open your
