How to Cancel Files

To cancel a file please follow the below steps:

Step 1. Delete ALL the data from the file including parties, cargo and dates

Step 2. If you are cancelling a consol, go to the master file. If you are cancelling a floater, go directly to that file.

Step 3. Go to STATUS

Step 4. Change Status to CANCELLED

Note:  If your file has billing. You will not be able to cancel it. Let us know and we can close it for you.
